Which notifications does Cyclea send, and how do I change them?

Go to Profile → App settings → Notifications:

• Period reminders: a note the day before your period is expected, a quick check-in around the expected day, and a heads-up the day before your fertile window.

• Daily content: Today for you, a piece of content picked for your phase. On days with a period reminder, you get that one instead.

• Notification time: one time for both (09:00 by default).

I'm not getting notifications

• If the setting shows Turn on in system settings, notifications for Cyclea are blocked on your phone. Allow them in your phone's settings, then turn them on in Cyclea.

• Notifications are prepared on your phone each time you open Cyclea. Open the app now and then, especially after changing your cycle settings, your time zone or after a long break.

• Period reminders follow your forecast, so they only start once you've logged a period.
