I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

1. On the sign-in screen, tap Continue with email.

2. Type your email address into the Email field.

3. Tap Forgot password?. You'll see Password reset sent to ….

4. Open the email on the phone where Cyclea is installed and tap the link. It opens the app directly.

5. Choose a new password and tap Save password.

Good to know

• The link only works in the app, so opening it on a computer won't help.

• If the link has expired, request a new one from the sign-in screen.

• If you leave the Choose a new password screen without saving, you're signed out and your old password stays as it was.

• No email? Check your spam folder.

• Signed up with Apple or Google? Then you don't have a Cyclea password. Use Continue with Apple or Continue with Google again.
