What can my friends see, and who can find me?

What friends see

A friend can see your username, name and profile picture, your current phase and cycle day, and your phase dates, with a tip on how to support you.

They never see your flow, feelings, notes, ovulation logs, planner or email address.

Friends only exist once both of you have agreed: by accepting a request, or by connecting through an invite link.

Who can find you

Go to Profile → App settings → Friends → Visibility:

• Public: you can be suggested to others and found by part of your username.

• Hidden (the default): you can only be found by your exact username.

• Nobody: you can't be found and can't receive new requests. Invite links you send still work.

Visibility only affects finding you. Friends you already have keep seeing your phase. To stop sharing with someone, remove them. See How do I remove, block or report someone?
