Cyclea says I'm offline, or something won't load

When Cyclea can't reach our servers, a thin bar at the top says Offline – showing what was loaded last.

What still works offline

• My Day shows your cycle ring as it was last loaded.

• The Planner shows your days, but you can't change them until you're back online.

• Content you've already opened, and your widgets, show their last state.

Everything else shows Try again. Cyclea also reloads by itself as soon as the connection is back.

Refreshing

On My Day, Friends, Content and Profile, pull down to refresh. The Planner refreshes when you open the app and after you save.

Still stuck?

• Check your connection: try another app, or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.

• A slow Wi-Fi can look connected but not get through. Switching it off for a moment often helps.

• Close Cyclea completely and open it again.

• Make sure you have the latest version of Cyclea.
