Tracking & your cycle
How do I change my cycle or period length?
Go to the Profile tab.
Under Your cycle, find Cycle length (21–45 days), Period length (3–10 days) and Prediction.
With Prediction set to Automatic, both lengths are calculated from your recent logs and can't be edited. To set them yourself, switch Prediction to Manual, then change the lengths.
Below, Statistics shows your average, longest and shortest cycle.
Tip: Automatic works best when you log every period. If your cycle varies a lot, logging consistently helps more than a fixed manual length.
