How do I log my period?
Go to the Planner tab and tap the day. Past days work the same way as today.
Under Your body, tap Track flow and choose the intensity.
Tap Save at the bottom.
Nothing is saved until you tap Save. If you leave with unsaved changes, Cyclea asks whether to Save, Discard or Keep editing.
Quick check-ins on My Day
Around the time your period is expected, My Day asks Has your period started?. Tap a flow intensity to log it in one step. If it started a few days ago, you can pick each day and its intensity, then tap Log … days. During your period, Still on your period? lets you mark that it has ended.
Why log your period?
Your phases and forecast are calculated from the periods you log. Until your first one, My Day shows an example cycle.
You can't change days while you're offline. You can still look at them, and saving works again once you're connected.
