I entered the wrong period date. How do I fix it?
Your phases and forecast are calculated from the days you've logged flow on. If a period is on the wrong day, move it in the Planner:
Go to the Planner tab and tap the day that's wrong.
Under Your body, swipe the flow card away to remove it, then tap Save.
Tap the day your period actually started, tap Track flow, choose the intensity and tap Save.
Do the same for the other days of that period.
Your phases and forecast update straight away.
The date from my setup was wrong
The First day of last period you chose during setup is saved as flow on that day and the days after it: as many days as you answered for How many days?, every day up to the day you finished setup if you chose Still going, or only the first day if you chose I don't know. Fix it exactly the same way: open those days in the Planner, remove the flow, and log the right days.
Tip: log every day of your period
If your cycle prediction is Automatic, your period length is worked out from the days you log. If you answered I don't know during setup, only the first day was logged, so add the other days of that period too. Otherwise your period may look shorter than it was.
